patient frightened of remedy

I'm wondering if I could get the group's thoughts on the following
situation. I have recently seen a very nervous young woman with severe
obsessive compulsive disorder and cripping panic attacks. She is scared of
everything, but most especially of choking and being poisoned. She is a
classic arsenicum case. I labeled her remedy "AR", sure she would panic if
she knew what I was giving her. Just received a phone call saying that she
won't take the remedy until I call telling her exactly what it is, and what
it will do. Not sure how to proceed. Her central delusion is making it very
difficult to treat her. Any suggestions?
