Headache rubrics help

Please help me find the rubrics for the following symptoms. Especially
the headache problem, I cannot pin down the most suitable remedy(ies)
for her.

HEADACHE - frontal, vision becomes blurred with "flash" and cannot
stand looking at things. The vision problem becomes worse as the
headache augmented. Has been had this kind of headache for several
years. Usually happen after a busy work day and long drive (traffic
jam) back home. And then want to sleep because of the headache
problem. Feel better after sleep.

Abdomen - constant complaints (especially at night) about the coldness
feeling in her abdomen. And if you touch the abdomen part, it is cold.
Want a warm water bag pressed against abdomen.

Extremities - the hand and feet often feel cold.

I came up with the following for you
HEAD - PAIN - Forehead, in
VISION - BLURRED - headache - during
VISION - FLASHES
HEAD - PAIN - Forehead, in - sleep, after - amel.
ABDOMEN - COLDNESS in - night
GENERALS - WARM - desire for warmth
EXTREMITIES - COLDNESS - Hands - feet, and

But these are rubrics with few remedies so they will not really solve the
case for you - Please take the totality of the case.

In Boger's , abdomen, coldness= calc c,caust,cist,nit ac
+ amel, external warmth= caust only.

Caust has illusions of bright spots, also dimness,worse headache
after,

Generally caust is chilly, better by heat. (calc ,peculiarly is better
in abdomen from cold water), worse before falling to sleep.
has hands and feet cold.

Thanks Venkat for directing me the potential of Caust.

I found Sil to be quite fit to these symptoms as well, if I use
Kent's and Boericke's. Because:
HEADACHE, vision flickering, during
HAND COLDNESS and FEET COLDNESS
SLEEPLESSNESS, with thoughts & because of cold feet

I cound several remedies from these rubrics, but seems Sil fits the
pictures better. However, the repertories didn't lead me to Caust (so
thanks a lot for the info from Boger's!).

When I looked into Boreicke's MM, Sil also has the symptoms
of "Abdomen, Painful cold feeling, better external heat".

I will do a compare study between Caust and Sil. Please let me know
if you have any further thoughts!

I found Sil quite fits the picture here... hoe do you think?

Added symptom: SLEEPLESSNESS, with many thoughts, and because feet
cold.

Dear GC Lee,
Sil is closer. It has coldness with pain(which somehow you missed to
mention). Also blurring vision 'during headache' - whereas caust has
it after.
