didnt know about the Custom's position. now that raises some interesting
thoughts. being the arch skeptic, i begin to think how
Custom's position opens the door to redefinition of the remedies which then
goes back to the FDA which can then reclassify them--much to the detriment
of homeopathy. this looks like something to be carefully watched. perhaps
a post to the ACLU might be in order.

Both are right. Onion is a drug to FDA and so if you get in a cab and ask the cab driver "How are you doin today buddy" is simply medical diagnosis to FDA. You can not do that. So if you are a waitress and ask your client 'how are you? and then serve onion rings you are both diagnosing and prescribing (or practicing medicine without a licence). Becareful when you talk and serve. And custom goes with the book.
