remedy for PPH?

hello dear all

In followed case report, have anybody discuss what can I do?
I have a patient unfortunately with PPH ( primary pulmonary hypertension )
the incidence of it , is 2 per million. she is 35 yr old, single woman and passed
a major depression 3 years ago.she had some disappointed love. from last year she
has severe weakness and fatigue ,palpitation , dyspnea, and occasionaly cyanosis.
normal motion cause large debility in her.
she is in depression and loath for life, suicidal try (with poison) and
specialy impulses to jumping from high places.she has religious thinks like AURUM met.
in family history her mother had obsesive compulsive dis. ,
her brother has multiple sclerosis, and her sister has history of rheumatic fever and its myocarditis.
she is indifference to life and only that she want is easy die.
I think, in this case aurum met. can help to improve mind and emotion,
but I couldn't find relation with Aur met. and respiratory symptoms similar to this case.
Stann. was seemed other proper remedy, but she had any asthma or bronchitis and etc symptoms.
Carbo Veg. is another remedy that I thought, but I feel it is not proper in this case because
symptoms aren't match enough.
any comment can solve my problem.
