Which remedy for this case:
56 y/o male with scaly itching area @ arch of left foot posteriorly. There are adjacent petichiae on the sole of the foot. It is better w/ warm bath or shower. Other heat seems to aggravate it. There is also a scaly area @ right ring finger dorsally nearer to hand that is beginning to itch also. He said he has been kind of "nervy" because of his mothers health problems lately which he has to deal with also.
