autism

Post by WilsonHomeopaths »

hi,
i have found homeopathy helps the various states such as autism, adhd and
asperger's syndrome. however i have found that if homeopathic remedies are used
in conjunction with cranial osteopathy or soc. (sacro occipital chiropractic).
the remedies work better and more quickly. i also use naturopathic nutrition
techniques, in particular prescribing efas (essential fatty acids) and
juicing.
hope this helps.

I have been treating a child of 6 who has been diagnosed with possible
Autism.
The child initially came to me because he was extremely Hyperactive,
moving around, constantly asking questions, visually taking as much in
as possible (not forgetting mental excitement about anything around him
- especially new surroundings).

Two things struck out. Although the child was touching and picking
things such as the books on my table, moving chairs around etc he would
after a while put them back in exactly the same place they were before
he moved them.

With both parents present we noticed that the child would move my
repertory, look through it and then put it back in exactly the same
place - including the way it was, i.e. slightly angled on the table or
perfect straight alignment. I found this very interesting.

Local GP's said he was bordering on Autism.

The child fell into the category of being 'PRIM' under the remedy
Carcinosin.

To that effect Carcinosin 30c was prescribed once daily for a period of
time. It did wonders for the child, he became more receptive at school,
started to pay more attention to his homework, would be less inclined to
go into strops etc.

We then moved to Silverfish LM1 through LM4 over a period of 4 months.
Silverfish is invaluable for hyperactivity. It certainly did the trick
here too.

Although he is not 100% cured, he is certainly 75%
better................and I think that is enough...

Some argue Autism is a gift, some say let the child be himself and enjoy
life........my opinion was that 75% is good enough...let the remainder
take shape..

We have decided to wait for a few months and give a cooling off period..
I don't if this was of interest, but hope it was.

Atiq,

i find this a very interesting case. we have such an increase in autism, adhd, aspergers, etc. i
am always looking for successful cases dealing with these problems.

do you see a relationship to vaccines in these cases?

In this case Vaccination did not play any part.

However, talking of vaccinations I have found that 90% of my cases with
Eczema are children who have been immunised with MMR

Hi Atiq,

Very interesting to me!!!
I have no info on silverfish -- can you (or anyone) send some? I assume you
made that switch when progress from the Carc had plateaued?

Re the idea that autism (or dyslexia or ADHD or ADD or MPD or any other
"disease state") is a "gift" -- well, if you look at it from a universal
perspective, *every* circumstance of a life is a "gift", as it is the soul's
chance to learn and grow. But if we stop with that thought, then all of us
(and all other healers) will pack our bags and call it a day! I find this
idea (to substitute stigmatization with aggrandizement) to be a weird and
counterproductive approach. Same as with the "Indigo children".

Brings out the curmudgeon in me...
:-)

Yes I came across Silverfish through a book by Madeline Evans titled
MEDITATIVE PROVINGS. It is available here in the UK. It has many new
meditative provings in there and I have the full range now. Of course I
haven't used them all yet, but I am pleased they work.

One of the most interesting ones is Earthworm. This remedy has been used
by my colleagues for those that are Mentally Handicapped/Disabled. It
has brought positive changes in such patients.

Yes I made the switch then!!

You are right, I agree with your points. But in this case for me, I
thought to leave it for a while and see what happens. :)

Oops, yes -- I had not meant to disagree with that!!!
Sometimes you need (and the patient needs) a break to see what the new state
will settle out to be, and await the right time to move on. I wasn't
criticizing just ranting (smile)!
