FIND THE REMEDY'S NAME (172)

Post by Ardavan Shahrdar »

Attention please!!

Post your answers to my private email address
ashahrdar@yahoo.com

You can send related material to the group without
mentioning the name of the remedy.
The remedy is famous for its indication in an esp type
of suppurative pharyngitis.

The patient suffers from painful inflammation of
throat which starts from left side and may extend to
right side.

'Bluish patches on throat'.

'Ulcers on skin with corrosive discharges'.

'Confusion of mind which is ameliorated by walking in
open air'.

It is compared with Lachesis mutus.
Kind regards,

Earlier post by me on 172 hopefully hasn't mislead anyone. A consideration but not corrosive nor bluish enough.

A correct clue I hope:

(adapted from Kent)
In a patient (with excessive salivation, sensitive to heat and cold, worse night, may have imprinted tongue) with diphtheria, tonsillitis with inflammation and pain beginning on the left side, and inclined to remain there or spread to the right, then (rem 172) is indicated.
Rapid induration beneath ulcers and chancres. Useful in old syphilitics.

I got a symptom from one of my patients:
Desires lettuce but it disagrees.
After eating lettuce, she feels as if she is going to die.
She can tolerate cabbage and other vegetables.

Any indication of remedy?

Harsha
