Couple of comments:

Actually, I don't think Joy has given us enough information really to say
whether it was a "partial" or "deep" simillimum, and if the information were
available (which I gather it is not), I'd find it very interesting to know
the follow-up at greater depth and over a much longer time-frame.

We don't know if there were things "to be cured" beyond the polyps and
restlessness; several of us feel there might have been, but we don't have
enough information IMO to speak to that confidently.

We don't know how deep or broad or long-lasting the remedy's effects were;
we don't know whether her emotional state improved, or whether any new sxs
developed, or "what happened then"... In this particular case (due to her
age and circumstances and the fact that she was not *looking* for more),
this is moot; but if the patient were younger, it might be very relevant.
And for purposes of using this case to enhance our understanding of the
remedy, we can't to doo much without more info about the remedy's effects,
*beyond* the (short-term or long?) amel. of the polyps.

I really enjoyed this case, and for me it was instructive on several points
-- e.g. an illustration of "follow the case" -- prescribing on symptoms
which *are* present, in preference to speculating about those that might or
might not be; and also calling my attention to this interesting remedy!

(Perhaps I'm forgetting or missing something -- but what is it that tells
you these things were either innate (so presumably immovable?) or having
nothing to do with the case? The fact that they weren't moved by Teucr (and
were we even told that?) wouldn't necessarily mean that they wouldn't be
moved by *any* remedy, or that they couldn't have helped point toward a
remedy that might also have helped her...)
