Motor Neuron disease

One of my patients is Diagnosis: Motor Neuron disease. Since 1996.

A past history of being treated for Hansen’s disease for nearly 25 years. Dapsone and vitamins. Patient had hypopigmented patches and numbness left hand. 3 years. While he was in treatment he developed weakness of small muscles of left hand.
Kindly share your experiences in homoeopathic treatment of Motor Neuron disease. What are the rubrics common to this disease in our repertory? I will work out the RUPS separately.
