Getting through customs?

I have had a request from a patient for an official letter about the
homoeopathic medicine she wants to take through customs. She said she needs
it particularly for London. Does anyone know what info the customs are
looking for?

No! I take my medicines in an out of London all the
time. Helios Pharmacy have a sheet (in several
languages) that explains what they are, but generally
customs have never even queried them when I mention
homoeopathy.

Herbs and plants in dried/living form, however,
different matter.
