Translation if you please...off topic

Dear Group Members:

A very good client of mine has a very ill father who speaks only Croatian. I
am trying to find a way to translate some nutritional supplements to him for
her (her English is new) so he can see what he is able to get for himself or
so that he may take what she sends him.

Could anyone who understands the language please translate the following:

Coenzyme Q10- 60mg take one with breakfast and one with dinner

Garlic Capsules- One with each meal

Lecithin 1200mg taken once daily

A digestive enzyme containing HCL, bile, pancreatin and digestive
compliments- one each meal

I would be greatly appreciative if anyone can turn this
into something a Croatian man may understand.
