Miranda Castrol in her book Hom for Mother & Baby has a long list of Do's
and Don'ts.

Also recommends Calendula cream if Phyt has not helped and lists the
following remedies
Cast, caust, phyt, sep, sil and sul
If bleeding - Sil
If itching Sep & Sul
If pains when baby nurses, phyt

One good recommendation is to put the hungry baby on to the better nipple as
baby sucks harder at first.

Thanks for this. At the moment I have given her Puls. as she did so well on it during the later part of her pregnancy and it is indicated for cracked nipples. I did think of Phyto and will go to this if necessary. Thanks for your informative post.
