Hi everyone,
Any advice for alternatives to taking iron for anemia? I'm only mildly
anemic and so far there does not seem to be any reason for it besides
insufficient dietary iron. Is ferrous fumerate a good supplement? Any
experience with this? What got me into the doctor was yellow skin that
I thought might be liver related. Has anyone heard of yellow skin with
anemia?
