It has been observed that people who are in mates of mental institutions
rarely, if ever, suffer from acutes!
Effectively if someone is suffering from a 'mental disease' effectively it
means the VF has not been able to express it through physical symptoms and
that the 'disease' has gone in deep. Effective if we go back to my dam
keeper analogy, the dam is broken and the aim of reaching 'the higher
purposes for which we were created' has been completely lost.
In terms of prescribing for them, because the mental symptoms are now so
paramount and urgent, any physical symptoms would be insignificant in
comparison.
Only through homoeopathy can we do something for them.
I still think Kent explains these points well in his book.

OK Soroush, show me lots of remedies that have powerful, profound and
expressive mental and emotional symptoms but no physical symptoms. To render
physical symptoms as insignificant is going against the notion of an
unprejudiced observer.
