a strange symptom !

Dear friends
I have a patient that have a great willingness to all products of petrolum
(benzin&naphta&...)and smoke of engines till she want to eat them !
she had this symptom in her childhoodness but after that it declined till
homeopathy treatment (for other problems) and after releiving of his main
diseases by homeopathy this strange desire has comeback .
please help me If you know any remedy that cover this peculiar symptom.
