I like the suggestion of Tub too - it should certainly be given serious
consideration. Although I am not sure how it takes care of the 'addictive'
personality.
Tubs have some great physical features, e.g. the long eyelashes and also
hair growing over the spine!
I was driving and thinking about this case. Does she react the same to
ORGANIC milk (no growth hormones/no antibiotics etc)?
Shannon please let us know how you get on with this case, it has created
some interest in me!

Dear Soroush, regarding the so called addictive behaviour in this case, I
would like to say that I think this 'label' is a bit misleading.
The whole notion of addiction evolves out of deficiency and with this case
in mind it would appear to be a nutritional deficiency with a possible
emotional one somewhere - hence my choice of Sanicula for this case.
But you asked about how could Tuberculinum deal with addiction and if this
case is tubercular (and Sanicula is, looks very much like Phos and Sil.)
then you can see how this would apply - tuberculinum is riddled with
deficiency - mentally, physically, nutritionally and emotionally.
You just have ask where the cravings come from otherwise you can get stuck
with the label and not get beyond it.

Addiction is in some senses, an extreme exaggeration of natural functions.
Some drug addicts become bio/pathologically addicted after dabbling with
drugs in a pleasure-seeking manner.
It isn't accurate to portray this as deficiency. It is addiction -which
may or may not be reduced to deficiency.
In the end, we could simply say that everything is deficiency, if
interpreted broadly enough.
We could get real Orwellian, and define excess as deficiency, even.

My post was about describing the deficiency aspects of the tubercular
remedies which is central to their actions, it is all about assimilation or
the lack thereof. As a polarity to deficiency then excess makes sense to me.
I cannot see addiction evolving out of natural functions. And George Orwell
was a stalinist until he saw the folly of his ways!
