Is there homeo cure to prevent Birth Defects

Dear Doctors,

Is there any cure in Homeo for Birth Defects, mainly because of lack of Folic Acid or Folic Acid deficiency causing lack of Neural Tube growth during first month of Pregnancy.

Becuase of defect of Neural Tube, baby's normal Brain and Spinal growth is not taking place, leading to abortion of child death in the womb.

Even after consumption of Folic Acid for the Second Pregnancy, Still there is a minute chance of reoccurance.
