I had horrible heel spurs, which made walking miserable. A couple things helped these to go away were Evening Primrose Oil, in high doses, and Nieper's 2AEP Calcium complex in an Orotate formula.
For whatever reason, the body when it's not getting the amounts or type of calcium it can assimulate, seems to displace it in bad places... When I began taking the Orotate formula, the heel spurs took care of themselves, which was a real relief! Jen
