The famous British psychologist late Professor H. J. Eysenck with a German
research psychologist published a 10-year prospective multi-group study in
which he found that he could predict the onset of heart disease and cancer
in a cohort of two groups to statistically significant degree. For heart
disease they identified the prone people as giving violent expression to
their anger feelings. For cancer they identified the prone people as those
suppressing/ suffocating their feelings. They also identified a healthy
group as that that could express the feelings in assertive manner.
In behavior therapy literature there is huge chunk available on
assertiveness training.
All this sounds good for primary prevention. But what about when the cancer
is already there. Well, there are published reports in allopathic medical
journals available to careful readers showing complete removal of confirmed
terminal stage cancer of many kind by means of meditation, even in the
absence of any other intervention. This is a special form of meditation, not
like any of the popular ones. It is more like Zazen.
