congestion of the chest if Sx is fixed would be a stagnation of blood and Sx moves it would mean a stagnation of the coursing of the bodies energy.

But what might lead one to want to use this rubric?
What might the patient be complaining of or describing?
Or, what might lab tests or exam be showing??

Clinically you would use congestion of the chest when the auscultation
leads you to an overload of fluid in an area or in the totality of the
lung(s), like in pneumonia, congestive heart failure, etc,...
