Ank Sponylitus

If one took into account the rectal symptoms, the feeling that no one else
was capable of minding children and fear husband would not return, one might
think of Platina. Jean

Platina certainly hasn't crossed my mind but I will have a look at it so
thanks.
Any other ideas from anyone or comments on what I have prescribed are very
much welcome.

Dear Rochelle,

The other comments I wanted to make about your case were concerning her need
to search the house when she has been away from it.

To me this is almost text book APIS - with their tendency to jealousy and
suspicion the HOUSE is one of their most precious commodities, this is why
they are always so busy and tidy in it, always tending to it. Even her work
suggests a home connection.

One of the first things a bee does when it arrives back to the hive is to
deposit the groceries (pollen) and then go all the way through the hive
making sure everything is as it should be - intensely immaculate, clean and
functioning. The hive even has guard bees to make sure no intruders attempt
to come in.

And back to the materia medicas - puffy and baggy eyes and tearfulness are
also big keynotes.

Unless there is anything important that has been omitted from the case I
personally would be prescribing Apis with confidence.

Best wishes, Joy

Hi Joy,
Even with just having a steroid injection in her knee this week?? She had
the Puls 200 about a fortnight ago. I was planning on waiting but haven't
decided how long. What potency would you give and taking into account the
steroid what frequency? Maybe a WP daily?

fwiw, I had observed in a case an obsessive and (admittedly) unreasonable
suspicion/jealousy which was evidenced (among other difficulties) as a
THOROUGH searching of the house .. quite often, including any time she had
been absent for more than a day. She was borderline bi-polar (my
assessment), loquacious, headstrong. A remedy selected primarily for an
acute, turned out to have long lasting & deep therapeutic benefit (as may
often be the case) - Lachesis.
