what is the solution?

i am having one case where i am not getting what medicine i have to give to patient , following is the case taking of patient
pt is fair, fatty,female with fair complexion.
she is at the age of 77
she has chief complain of severe sharp. shooting pain in both the knee joints, she unable to have long standing position, back does not support the standing posture, associated with burning soles
she is having past history of asthma, also she is taking allopathic medicines for asthma including steroid, which at present in downward tappering dose
she is joyfull, caring & loving personality, she takes care of others than own.she loves to entertaint guests, she had very laborus past life, very hard she brought of lot of childs along with lot of psychological stress,she emotionally suppressed by nearone person
she is very meticulus, punctual & very punctual in all social liability. she is very anxious person,
her all pathological reports of cb, esr, blood sugar, cholesterol , etc find normal
exceptional about TSH which comes borderline high, which indicate borderline hypothyrodism
her chief complain of shrp , shotting, lightning pains are relieved by cold application especially icy cold water, aggravated by warm application
so please help me to find right constitutional remedy of this case
