The remedies suggested differentiate along somatic lines.

Ambro with inflamation of the mucosa noteably of nose and lungs, due to an inability of the VF to excrete an issue. This impairs the senses of taste and odors.
Anac with impairment of sensorial awareness and turbid body fluid which reflects with skin discolored and itching, heavy sensations of limbs, impaired bowel movement, with impact on respiration while eating or drinking. This reflects from the digestive systems disturbance in transforming the food efficously, leaving a residue of turbid fluid.
Lyc comparable but with more pervasive reflection and as right sided to left remedy, worse from heat, pressure, better from belching and urinating.
Cann-i seems to differentiate when viewing the K system function as in urination, gi manifestations, reflection of sleep, and libido.

You've otherwise described a circumstance of behavioral stagnation which would be reflective of the Sp/S system in oriental medicine. Therefore one would look to the GI system for clinical patterns. And within the same paradigm there exists a relationship with the H/L systems which would then reflect a clinical pattern from their respective functions.

You do find this to be the case with the remedies mentioned above; ergo, a fit. I would choose the remedy with the best somatic fit. From what you've said it appears that likely Lyc at an LM and Cann-i at 200C.

If you have comfort working with physicians in oriental medicine I would suggest the Tx protocol of what is referred to as 'extraordinary vessels'. Namely the points of G41 with gold needles & SJ 5 with s.s. needles & with pumping cords. Pumping cords is the use of a wire with alligator clips at each end which are then connected to the needles. The treatment time would be 15 minutes. In the absence of needles use your hands.
