It is one the important remedies indicated after
traumatic injuries.

There is a sore bruised feeling in the site of injury
or all over the body. The patient feels that he or she
must lie down but the bed feels too hard; keeps moving
in the search of a softer part.

It is also a useful remedy in septic conditions. There
is pallor, weakness and putrid discharges. 'Heat of
the head with coldness of body'.
