The most important feature is severe renal colic
accompanied by nausea and bilious vomiting.
'Stitching pain in kidney extending to bladder'.
Urine is cloudy and may contain yellow, saffron
coloured or brick-dust sediment.
Left testis may be affected with inflammation,
induration and sore bruised pain.
