Dear Jan, can I ask a few more questions re: your case.
Not in any specific order but...
the vitiligo obviously began before she started taking the pill - did the
constipation or any other sx develop since then
where on the face is the vitiligo
is there any sense of haughtiness about her
is she impatient or calm
how did she sit during the consultation, restless, nervy, arms crossed etc
what are her confidence levels like, is she ambitious or not
what is her temper like and how would she respond to a confrontation
she has some suspicions and fears but how is generally in company, does she
prefer to be alone
any jealousy
what is her intellectual capacity like
any dreams or relevant sleep patterns
overall did she present as gloomy, optimistic, anxious, etc?
Plus, I also think it useful to grade symptoms to get an idea of their
importance. Which would you say were the most characteristic symptoms here.
I know you said there is no cause known for this sudden appearance of
vitiligo, but I tend to think that there is bound to be one. Did you discern
any hint of a possible cause.
I hope you can say a bit more, if you think it worthwhile.
Best wishes, Joy Lucas

Re: vitiligo case
Hi Joy and Trudy and others who responded,
Thank you very much for your interesting input and related questions.
Yes of course I think it's worthwhile to answer them.
Some of the question I can answer now, but others I have to check with the
person herself.
So I will address them all at once.
I hope I can sent you an update tomorrow.
