r to improve Myopia

Post by Akhilesh Raja »

One of my friend has got rid of her spectacles after some eye exercise.
I also think that there is some relation with liver diseases , and also
that children with leg pains which are explained as " growth pain" ,
are often later having Myopia.

Hi everyone
I did post a message yesterday, with a link, which it seems did not get
through.

I would strongly recommend looking into the Bates Method for improving
eyesight, there is quite a lot of information to be found on the net.

Regards

Karen

the Bates method has been around since the 1930's at the very least. it is what huxley basically used. and it is the basis of what visual therapists use today. the guy in my town who does this work is pretty renouned for his work. before i got to him, i had called several other people who "claimed" to do visual therapy. my experience was pretty horrible with them. the attitude in the allopathic world seems to be that it only works a little bit with children. so, what else is new. but there are many techniques to use. color therapy was really fun. sunning the eyes is great. and then there are the funny glasses that force the eyes to strengthen and improve accomodation or the 3-d cards with glasses that direct the eyes to work in a more flexible way.
