But then, in your understanding, is it proper to prescribe on *any* new
symptom, or change of symptoms, as soon as it occurs?

I'm not trying to insist that in this *particular* case I'm certain that
waiting is necessary (I don't think we have enough information to be sure),
but I'm curious now, as a matter of principle, whether we are in
disagreement.
