I would appreciate help in my understanding of Schroyens Synthesis. After
the symptom ex. pg 967 - stitching (= stinging, sticking) What does the =
sign signify. At other times there is an arrow at 45 degrees Ex. pg 968
STONES . (/ Urine) What does the arrow sugnify? Also what does the Kunzli
dot signify. Lastly there is often a repeated Localization such as on pg
967 both saying in the Region of.. In this case they both appear to be
referring to the region of the kidneys, so why is that repeated? I've
looked in the accompanying Blueprint booklet, but have been unable to find
answers to such.
I do thank you for your time to assist.

Re: Schroyens Synthesis
Dear Bob
Stiching (= stinging ,sticking): It means that all the remedies that can cover one of these 3 sensations are under this rubric. If your patient has an sticking pain do not look for another rubric. Look here (under Stiching pain rubric).
This arrow shows you cross references. For example when you look kidney stones, be aware that another rubric( URINE- Sediment) exists. Check your symptom and and make sure that your patient's rubric is Kidney-stones or Urine-sediments.
About the location: In this section of repertory( kidneys) you have to locations: 1- Ureters, 2- Region of kidneys.
If your cases' affected location is CVA you look under REGION OF KIDNEY , if his pain is in his ureter location is different from region of kidney.
