Dear Chuck
The density of water is very much temperature dependent.

Its maximum density is at 4 degrees C.

That is why Ice floats.

But also as you warm water, its density lowers.

So higher or lower temperature than 4 degrees C will give a less dense water.
I am not aware of any ‘cancer cure’ via lowering it density.
