That would be fine, Vicki. In my experience, though, a remedy will "keep" for a few weeks without alcohol, and you could always use the remedy now and add alcohol when you have it. I am using a lot of rather uncommon remedies just now, rotating through them looking for a response, and I don't plan on keeping most of them in solution, so I don't preserve them at all. And my animals have not generally been pleased with the tiny bit of alcohol, so It's fine for me to avoid it for them as well.
