That came from the government's own website and was presented to Jones
by William Binney, a very reliable source. I am guessing that you are
thinking of another memo referenced by Q-Anon in which all the details
of the deep state 16 year plan to murder most of the world were spoken
of. In any case, there is great confusion at this point about what is
going on as there are many things that are about to come out. I also
do not believe that was the memo after having listened to it. I guess
we will just have to wait and see. Congress already said that they
were going to release the memo that they have. It may be that this
memo was substituted to throw us off the track or even to throw those
off the track who were named in the other memo, I suspect that
something is up and I am not happy about it. Now we have to ask for
the real memo.
