Hi Ellen, wanted to answer some of your questions:
I gave Tarentula because the Heliodillus had not addressed the left arm tingling and numbness, and I have had success with Tarentula for stenosis and figured the neck must be compromising the nerve, the numbness and tingling are definitely covered under that. I was trying to give palliative relief to someone struggling with pain and debility issues.
He seems practical, and very natural, and this is why Dale's contribution startled me so much. He must be a loner, and pretty self sufficient, to live in his truck for over a year.
Do not know about the gallbladder issues, He does not relax from what I can see, is always busy, and working, but does not seem focused on finances, he had been arrested for a series of buglaries, but all records were exponged when the theives were caught. (so that mental does fit.)
I think Mangialavori would put the remedy in the invertebrate family, which is an interesting question as earthworms do have a circulatory system, but as Mangialavori used to say the spasm is a primitive response of an organism, that and breathing, which is affected (asthma like respirations) when the neck is bothering him.
I am told he likes to drive, but he is a mechanic, frustrations may be there, he had been in a long term relationship that ended, I have no info. I asked about lower back, and there is something there that predated the neck issues.
He is coming to the BIH Clinic on Sunday, so he will have a proper case taking at that time.
It will be interesting.
Warmly, Maria

Hi Maria,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Why Tarent.? Seems Heilodrillus would cover. Better focus. Did you want the Tarent for the spasms? Is he cramped or spasmodic in other ways? I sense he does not want to squarely face his problem. Willing to do homeopathy only, but not willing to look clearly at his symptoms. Not particularly a Tarent behavior. Not relaxing seems more like his central problem. A worm is a very relaxed animal I would think.

Any correspondence with the Chinese medicine tests (gallbladder - mentally finding a way to workout life problems on a detailed level. Not concerned with goals and willing or unwilling to follow orders. Frustration with life in some sort of command hierarchy.)? Proving dream of the broken truck (refrigerator) related to the parents. Metal in Chinese medicine is lung. Should have some sensitivity in the upper shoulder bladder meridian (2 fingers from the spine). Symptoms seem to focus on the gastrointestinal tract past the mouth and respiration.
What group would Mangialavori put Heliodrillus in? Does not seem very insect-like. Or is he?
Truck driver? Then his job forces him to stay in one position for long periods. Flexibility far from his neck very important for non-homeopathic therapeutics.
Flexibility essential for a worm. Interesting, for earthworms the egg sack is between the two joined male and female. The sac is a thick collar that we find on earthworms. Actually, they are 2 worms, male and female. Is he having any problems with creativity or the lower lumbar second chakra? TMC suggests that he should be.
Most of the dreams seem to be related to insecurity with friends. Not about the natal family.
He is sleeping in a metal truck. What does that do to his electrical field? Make sure he is not wearing metal. Look at his clothes. Cut out the tags around the neck. These days tags are made of a strange metallic material. It throws off a weak electric field.
Thinking of the throat chakra. How is self-expression focused? I see loneliness in the provings and it catches my eye. The lung meridian is lonely. Vulnerable in the world. - the dirt of life. Would be nice to have some mind focuses to evaluate the Rx.
How did you find the remedy since it is a small one?
"Impression Cervical sprain with degenerative disc disease" Is it the bone or the tendons? My guess is the tendons and not the bones are the issue. They are tightening up. Can't relax. Must sit to sleep.
Best,

Hi Maria,
I am sure many others are intrigued by your case and the remedy. Please keep us up.
BTW I was amazed how much information came up for the Chinese herbal raw remedy source Di Long. http://www.americandragon.com/Individua ... iLong.html
It confirms the homeopathic proving.
Best,
Ellen
