Big trouble ahead for companies elling homeopathic remedies

This recent court decision affects the entire homeopathic community.
If this judgment is not challenged and overturned by the Supreme Court of California, Homeopathy, will be totally destroyed first in California and subsequently nationwide.

Manufacturers will be prevented to market, retailers to sell, practitioners to prescribe, all of them considered to be peddling “sugar pills”.

Furthermore, the same opinion shifts the burden of proof from the Plaintiff to the Defendant. If this judgment stays, it will allow hundreds of ‘lack of substantiation’ claims to be filed all over the country against integrative and alternative medicine: vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathic medicines,…..

We must fight to have this judgment reversed.
