You wrote it "reduced" the symptoms up to 144 but the "the initial symptoms were still present" in the next paragraph.
I deduce from this that Graphites was not the fully correct remedy, only an approximate one, did not lead to cure and eventually created an aggravation, like any other potency system would have done.
To me, this situation has nothing to do with F series but with the choice of the remedy.
Of course, I am nor impartial.....

Of course.
You first treat with the Situational Remedy/ies, then the Core remedy (former Constitutional) then only do you go through the Acquired Miasms (now called Maladies), then the Ancestral Maladies and eventually the Metabolic "miasms", as described partially in "Third Millennium Homeopathy".
Of course if one of the "miasmatic" nosodes appears indicted as a Simillimum at any stage, you use it as such.
