Does it make any difference to use the Fibonacci series with "x" instead of
"c" and if so..what would be the difference.

What is important in the F series is the proper order of the proper potencies, not the method of preparation of those potencies.
I use X/D potencies often when I prescribe "cell salt like" formulas and sometimes with organotherapic sarcodes when I want a strong energetic stimulation.
And before you ask, I do not think it would work with LM/Q potencies as the system and the principle are different; no matter which LM potency you skip, you still end up with a linear progression, not a synergistic exponential one....but don't take my word for it, experiment and let me know.
