You NEED:
HIgh ANIMAL protein diet....avoid all plant proteins.
1000 IU Vit E daily
6 caps fish oil daily.
Low carbohydrate diet (almost no starches and definitely no artificial or other sugars)
.... so the blood sugar NEVER GOES OVER 110.
