Rubrics for retina

Hi Everyone

Could anyone suggest rubrics for retina problems: the retina detached due to high blood pressure; it then reattached after treatment, but has developed folds and there is bleeding and blindness. So far I have come across these rubrics and would be interested in any other suggestions:
