Prickly heat

I have been asked by a patient what is best to take away abroad with her for
prickly heat rash that she always gets. So what do you reckon? Urticaria,
Sulphur, Apis????

Also I want to make up some Urticaria cream. I have Urticaria MT and the MP
of the 6C so what do you reckon would be best to mix in the cream? I'm
tempted to put both in!!
