Allopathic medicine almost killed my young bulldog, they wanted to put her down because she had a severe reaction to the rabies shot and prednisone did not help, it actually made things worse. I was furious that they made her ill and could not help. I started learning all I could, I put her on a raw diet, which helped immensely, then I started with herbs, but that only masked the problems, then I had her go to an acupuncturist, again, only masked the symptoms. I had heard of Homeopathy, but did not understand it....but soon realized that it was my last hope. I contacted an animal homeopath and it worked...somewhat. He was an ass....and full of himself, but I knew that Homeopathy was the way to go. I used the services of different homeopaths and got much better results. I “took” David Little’s on line class and have been learning ever since and will never go back to allopathic “treatment” unless someone is dying and I can’t help.

Homeopathy? Real.
Effective? If the patient doesn't run out of money while the homeopath tries to find the correct remedy.

Re: What convinced you that homeopathy worked?
While on holiday my wife twisted her knee (ouch).
Medical examination report was that tendons had been strained but nothing was broken or torn.
Many weeks of physio ensued with no real improvement.
A few weeks later we started evening classes on Homeopathy and a few weeks into it (she was still limping) our teacher introduced us to Ruta.
The next day I came home and she was walking without pain or a limp. When I enquired as to what she had done, she said "I took a Ruta 30 an hour ago."
(She did not require a repeat!)
Seeing this miracle, I then saw the teacher for myself and a headache that had plagued me since age 9 went away within a few weeks. The rest of it is of course history.

Re: What convinced you that homeopathy worked?
I knew it was effective for the small stuff, colds and coughs; but when a homeopath cured my son of a debilitating kidney disease, I realized it was serious medicine for serious conditions.

Re: What convinced you that homeopathy worked?
Anyone know how to access the results of a poll that you create? While it is still an open poll?
Its amazing how bad the Yahoo help is. Tell you how to add, edit, delete a poll but not how to get the results while it is going on. Maybe you can only see results after you close it. But they dont tell you that either.
Thanks in advance
Roger

Re: What convinced you that homeopathy worked?
Thanks for all the feedback on this poll.
I am hoping this poll will help us to see the way forward for more acceptance of homeopathy.
I am trying to find out how to see the poll preliminary results without closing the poll.

Agree, yes! Leave it open and wait for people who have thus far been too busy, on holiday or away from the computer. I know at least 2 more people who have pet evidence that got them started... and there are probably MORE!
Well, if you're going to do that.... shouldn't you open it up in multiple locations and direct traffic here from a site, blog or other source of "patient/client communication" so you can get more data? You could also put a link to the poll on hpathy forums but I'm not sure if they would have to join Minutus to do the poll.
Well... I don't know anything about that. But keep digging... the answer has to be somewhere in the Yahoo mess they call customer service!
I will add my stuff soon.
Vicki
