cell salts & Bioplasma

Post by Roger B »

Dear Ya'll,

I know that you guys recently have been discussing cell salts, but I didn't pay any attention. Sorry about that. I tried to read the comments in the archive, but perhaps it was my operating system (Linux Mint) that caused the archive to not work properly, or else it was an operator error.

But at the tail end of that discussion I decided to look into cell salts and did some reading. Believe it or not, I took some cell salts in about 1970, but I didn't have the good sense to think/observe it through.

Is it possible to do a particular cell salt too much per day?

Is it possible to do a particular cell salt for too many weeks?

Is it possible to do the wrong cell salt and/or the wrong cell salt too much?

Hylands Bioplasma has been around for about 75 years or more, so it has a good record, at 6X. I notice that another company (1-800homeopathy) has made some "bioplasma" products in 6X, 12X, and 30X strength.

Is 1-800homeopathy a reliable company?

What would be the consequences (pro or con) of stronger versions of bioplasma?

What would be the answer to my above questions for cell salts at 12X or 30X?

I have been doing potassium phosphate and magnesium phosphate. My irritability inspired me to try potassium phosphate and it has been working, and my need for transdermal magnesium inspired me to try magnesium phosphate and doesn't seem to be doing much for my magnesium problem.

Would a 12X or 30X potassium phosphate help me even more with my irritability?

How long does it take for cell salts to work? I have been doing them for about 2 weeks now.

Sincerely,
Roger Bird

Hi Roger,

I have only little bits of experience to speak from on them (though have gotten very fond of them), but re your questions about taking too much or too long -- if you are familiar with the *role* of the cell salt(s), and watching the effects, and keeping track of your own condition and response, I would think that gives you what you need, in order to know how often / how long…?

When I'm taking a mix of them (which I've done only short-term for specific purposes, mostly acute), I mix one of each in a little jar of water, dosing from that until it's gone (which could be a day or a few days) -- and on preparing each new jar, I decide afresh which salts I seem to be needing. It's seemed to work well for me, though I do see it as palliative, so am not making any effort at deep chronic cures with them. For that I would find it easier to move into higher potencies.

A stronger version of e.g. Bioplasma, wow, I don't know. My guess is that it would have maybe *some* similarity to some of the "water" remedies, e.g… what are some names… Sanicula aqua? Or Aqua marina, or Skookum chuck… I used to know more, oh well.

And that, like those, it will be effective only in certain cases, and you'd really like to have a proving of it for guidance with higher potencies.

How long it takes them to work, that depends in part on what you're looking for it to address. But in general I find them effective pretty quickly; maybe anywhere from minutes to a day? But in general they are only palliative, or for acute situations.

Shannon
