Repetition of KALI CARBONICUM in a safe way

Hi List Member,
Barrick says in his MM
"Do not repeat too often" in Kali carbonicum's case.
What does it mean?

I have a chronic case in which I want to use this remedy in 30c potency.

How can I give it safely? What is the safe gap of time between doses?
