cell salts bottle

Probably it's fine, but -- what's the brand, and are they the hard round balls, or are they the squishable tablets?

For cell salt use it's preferred to use the triturated type, which are in form of lactose tablets (or in liquid), whereas a remedy prepared for the more standard use in homeopathy might be prepared a little differently.

Can you tell which you've got?

cell salts are homeopathic remedies and Hylands, in my experience, are soft tablets.

I don't know what you mean by 1 2 3 up to 12

I have not opened them so im not suer if theyre squshy just in case I have to return them

have the number on them like 1 2 3 and so on

but they do not say cell salt or tissue salt.........it says homeopathic

lactose is the softer melt in you mouth type

cell salts are low potency homeopathic remedies.
I don't use them at all, so can't answer more than that
