Wow, I wrote that last post and sent and a minute later the minutus list comes

I just wanted to make clear why I wanted to know if those feelings during an
aura are normal/not unusual or should/could they be used when someone is
figuring out a remedy?

I don't take zinc as a supplement. I took lm zinc 35 or so years ago for
visual auras that preceeded migraines AFTER my migraines stopped using
homeopathy but the auras continued. I had two more visual disturbances in the
next two weeks after that and then none until two years ago. I took 12c
because that is all I had but have ordered the lm zinc. I would have ordered
the F series but they don't take AM X. so I have to figure that out. I have
