ringing in ears

Post by Rochelle »

I am still looking for a successful remedy for a man who has ringing in the right ear ever since loud music at Christmas!! It is worse when driving at a certain speed (vibrations I presume) When he talks he hears an electronic sound (Not an echo). He also says there is a constant buzz.

Anyone had any idea from the aetiology of loud noise?
Thanks

Hope you find your rx.

I am looking for a rx for sounds in ear...SAPPP...like opening up a beer can. Happens all time. The result of prescription for high blood pressure meds.

Patient 72 yr. female. She had been on 9 meds and now weaned off all. But the sound still persists.

Constitutional is Calc c 30C. Helps somewhat.

Thank you,

Paulette

Hi Paulette.
Maybe get a potency of the HBP medication he was on and see if this would get rid of that side effect? Helios in the UK will run up a potency if they don’t already have it made up which they may well do so if it is a common one.
