Re: Anyone know of herbal remedies that are good for
Since nerves are a constant problem for me, that is something that I know about.
Any natural anti-inflammatory is worth looking at. In particular turmeric dissolved in your favorite natural oil, like coconut oil or olive oil.
Magnesium taurate is very good and should be checked out. I just bought a kilo of the powder from https://www.vitaspace.com/magnesium_taurate_1_kg.htm The cheapest price that I could find ($42 per kilo, including shipping), and it is as pure as the driven snow. Of course, I have not yet received the shipment, so you have be responsible for any problems should you order your own. But it looks good to me. Pretty much all pills have fillers. And I tested out the tabs for taste by blending one into a cloud in my blender. It didn't taste like much, and that was with the fillers that all pills have. I intend to blend the powder into my smoothies and other drinks and soups and I expect the taste to be a big, fat zero.
The above paragraph is my best suggestion. Taurate or taurine is very nice to the nerves. And my computerized opponent in my Scrabble game just used the word "taurine" against me, so I guess that proves it. (:->) Or, perhaps it was a message from God. Who knows, but what I coincidence that I was going to suggestion taurine to someone in a few minutes!
Sleep. Lots of water. Low-carbs. No-grains. No sugar whatsoever!!! I take every cup of water with some magnesium.
How old is this person? You might have to practice some tough love when it comes to sugar.
NO SUGAR!!!! Probably very low carbs.
And in case I may have missed something, check out Dr. Emily Deans at http://evolutionarypsychiatry.blogspot.com/ She is a medical doctor, but don't hold that against her. Think of her as an underprivileged person (an MD) who graduated out of stupid-dom and is smartly and strongly promoting natural and paleo solutions for psychiatric problems. She is not alone, but I like her the best.
Oh, and, did I mention NO SUGAR.

And I completely forgot, magnesium also relaxes the nerves. So the chelate magnesium taurate is perfect for people like me.
