Magnesium tablets versus magnesium oil/ Qlink

Post by Rochelle Marsden »

"The QLink is a technology that amplifies and clarifies the body's energies. By reducing the noise in any energy field, this technology strengthens and purifies the body's own energies.

This technology has been scientifically demonstrated to enhance the body's ability to protect itself from harmful environmental radiation, and thus it helps to remove harmful influences on the organism's health and well being. Therefore removes some of the blocks to inner transformation to higher and healthier states of being."

what is the Qlink???
Looks like I am going to have to play it by ear as I have never had any effects from Mag in 500g that I take daily but it appears to me by reading that using the oil spray so much more will be absorbed into my body . The only time I felt “antsy “ recently was when I did without my Qlink that I always wear. The chain had broken and I couldn’t be bothered to fix it immediately. After a few days I felt as if I had become hyperactive , like3 a vibration all through my head and body – horrible. After a week I fixed the Qlink and out it back around my neck – relief!!!!

From what I understand we are so Magnesium depleted, that over dosing would be a difficult thing to accomplish with Magnesium.

*Maybe* that is true of the oil -- I don't know anything about it -- but it's certainly not true with tablets. But with tablets, the effects of overdose are prompt, mild, and short-lived -- you could get an excessive "loosening of the bowels."
(I also used to find that if I took too high a proportion of magnesium compared with my calcium supplement, I would feel *more* restless and antsy, until I took a little more calcium to bring it back into balance. That still seems weird to me, and I'm guessing it's not a common problem, but I don't know.)
The usual dosages for magnesium are anywhere from 400 mg to 1,000 mg per day, depending in part on how depleted the person's adrenals are (the adrenals are responsible for recycling magnesium, as well as sodium, and I suppose other minerals as well). Adrenal stress leads to a higher need for magnesium (and sodium, and other things as well).
