Help Needed

Attention all please.
I seek your help for finding out most suitable remedy
in the following case:

Polani, age of 4.9 years.

Problems:

1) Delay Speech i.e cannot speak fluently and clearly.
2) Less Concentration i.e., does not concentrate and
focus to one thing
even
in play and in academic activites in school.
3) Hyper Active i.e., does not sit at one place always
move hands and
complete body continously and laugh too much without
reason.
4) Academic Level i.e., very poor that he is repeating
his nursury
level and
not interesting and concentrating in any thing.

Treatment:

At the age of 3.6 years, we have given him Ritalin and
since last
months we
are giving him Risperdal 0.5 mg x 2 times daily.

Now we need your advice for the treatment to stable my
child and can
promote
in a proper way in his practical life in all areas.
