Hi Sunny,
Re neuropathy, great results no (not in practice), but some recent experiences of my own and my husband's. Short version: In his case, had had some years' worth of slowly progressing sensations in his feet, "as though I'm walking on sand", or "as though my socks are all bunched up, but they aren't." Over a couple of years he went to MDs, podiatrist, chiro, with nothing making any difference at all. (Homeopathy being used by him only hit-or-miss at present.)
What *finally* turned out to be the key, was wheat/gluten intolerance. Another chiro diagnosed it via muscle testing and eventually inspired him to make the needed changes, and after months and months of very slow progress, it finally went back to normal -- so long as he continues to mostly avoid wheat.
In my own case, I was having a "fuzzy feeling" in feet, better from taking Vitamin B-12. Then chiro did some other energy treatment, and the sensation went away much more thoroughly, but came back a couple of months later.
Then I found, by accident, that when I take hydrochloric acid with each meal, it stays gone, but comes back within a half-day if I stop. Sufficient HCl in the stomach is necessary for *so* many things, and it turns out that something about B-12 is one of them. Obviously this is (I am) still a work in progress, but I found that interesting. (I'm sure that "the right remedy" would remove the need for the HCl, but for now I will keep taking it! Oh, and I have been gluten-free for years as well; it does far worse things than that to me.)

I also eat gluten free, in fact I avoid all cereals, and other starches.

Re: neuropathy [was Caudea Equina and Hemachromotosis
I told my story about rage, anger, irritability, and wheat/carbs a few weeks or so ago. I perhaps failed to mention that I, Emily Deans, and many others do NOT think that wheat/carbs cause this or that or that everyone is at risk for this or that if they eat wheat/carbs. We believe that wheat/carbs is harmful to everyone without exception and how that manifests will be different for different people. I believe that it is obvious that most young people can get away with it; but eventually it will catch up with the grain eater. Grains were a cheap source of calories and many other nutrients for 10,000 years (much less for most people), but we have not adapted to the gluten, lectins, phytic acid, etc. Grains don't "want" to be eaten and have evolved ways to avoid being eaten. And the problems usually but not always manifest in old age.

Roger, not only do I agree, but would go further: Consumption of grains is one of the most important factors in the decline of the species, and the mental instability caused by the poor diet is largely responsible for the terrible, destructive emotions that seem to be provoking much of the deliberate violence and strife between nations and groups - let alone the individual madness we see so much. We can treat all that with homeopathy, of course, but changing the diet would be cheaper and more effective. But we can't even get through to the "intelligent" folks most of the time, let alone change the course of history as it happens.
I can't be the only one thinking , "So-and-so needs 'X'..." Wouldn't you just love to hold them down and dose them?

I agree. I thought that the "without exception" bit was pretty strong language. I savored that for hours after sending it off. (:->)
