New Topic/ now Healing Cream/Lotion

Post by Vicki Satta »

No, no. She must have had some "life issue/crisis" with her own health. She has had cancer for 2 years, and she had it before that. This is definitely NOT about commercialization or any for-profit adventure. :-)
This is about a skin wound that is not healing, and it's an issue complicated by venous and lymphatic problems AND a lifetime of poor eating, which are now being treated by an extremely competent homeopath and a patient who is (shall we say) living with pain and is ready to heal this wound and get on with life!
I didn't say that very well. I don't exactly have the formula. :-) I know it's got calendula and aloe vera in it, the recommendation of the homeopath in charge of the case! Hopefully that makes more sense now.
I have an organic source of aloe vera that I can get in many forms. I have their bottled/drinkable non-sterile probably gel. I tried the gel from an aloe vera plant leaf and olive oil combinations at the beginning, but it didn't do anything. They sell the gel in bottles for drinking (I tried it).... probably a bad idea because it was commercialized and could have had something from the mfg. that wasn't good for the wound.
But do I even need that stuff in the formula if I can get the low potency remedies?
So I'll call them today and order a few leaves fresh off their farm and see if I can get it in powder form too. It may not be necessary if I just use the potentized aloe vera remedy, which I cam get from my EMERGENCY KIT (I found it ALOE) :-) in 30 C. Do you think the 30C is too powerful? I'll try 30 C unless you think it's too much... and call the EMERGENCY KIT lab and ask him if he has the 1-6x in calendula and aloe vera. I can have it priority mail in 2 days.
I was considering an old school cream/ointment with some very fatty substance like organic beef lard or even bison lard. I know that today's makers of anything "cosmetic" pride themselves in not using animal fats. But it could be the key to the healing, as long as I have a "clean source" of lard. I can get that locally from a trusted source and true organic beef rancher/farmer.
I have several sterile jars ready to go. :-) I've tried many different combinations of things that generally work for most skin: green tea with manuka honey; manuka honey and olive oil; a bit of coconut oil w/aloe vera. All combinations so far caused no healing to the wound and a couple of them really damaged the skin on the ankle and surrounding area. Each time the skin is too sensitive and reacts. One of those green tea/manuka combos dripped down and caused significant damage to the ankle skin that has not healed in 3-4 weeks. It's better though. I also tried warming distilled water and then adding manuka honey to the warm water, soaking it in gauze all night a while back. It didn't damage, but no healing took place. Maybe I gave up too soon?
I have also contacted the homeopath in Australia who provides access to those old early nineteenth century newsletters from homeopaths who report their cases in this very interesting old series called "Heal Thyself." I'm thinking that I might find more information on hard to heal wounds with infection and poor circulation and adrenal drainage if I could search the entire data base of those files.
Thanks everyone! Shannon, the link you sent is what I have been trying to create! I'm contacting her today to see if I can get a sample.
I appreciate your help.
Vicki

Hi Vicki
We do not have samples unfortunately.
We have today ‘minor wounds’ on the label to satisfy the FDA but 7 Cream can be helpful for more severe skin damage.
You can see that there are a few ingredients in 7 Cream that individually are known to help with wound healing but we have found that there is a combined effect from those ingredients that has often surprised us.
The geranium essential oil is only .1% of the ingredients so I wouldn’t be concerned about that. The most important ingredients are the Aloe, Calendula, Manuka oil and honey, Avocado oil, Neem oil, Coconut and Shea butter.
Best wishes
Robin

Ok, the message above is from the creator of the product Shannon sent. He's on the ball.
The price of this cream is $25, so I'll order it if I can get it shipped from somewhere in the US. If not, I'll go back to the kitchen and see what i can do myself.
I'm more inclined to go with the potentized powder/pellets because I've tried so many combinations of this and that. But after his message I'll follow my intuation and buy this stuff. I'm full of great deas, but it's time for results.
Thanks,
Vicki
